Annual Remembrance and Grief Support Programs

Seeds of Hope

Together with the Baue company, the Center for Hope & Healing hosts the annual Seeds of Hope program at the Baue Funeral and Memorial Center. The program is designed to help families cope after the loss of their loved one.  Kristen Ernst, Director of the Center for Hope & Healing, shares information on the grief process and ideas on how to care for and support yourself and your family.  Included in the program is a name reading services and beautiful memorial planting ceremony. The Seeds of Hope program is a complimentary event, and anyone coping with the loss of a loved one is invited to attend.  Contact Kristen Ernst to register.

Alan D. Wolfelt Seminar

Together with the Baue company, the Center for Hope & Healing holds a complimentary grief seminar for the community. Presenting at the seminar is Dr. Alan D. Wolfelt; a noted author, educator and grief counselor from the Center for Loss and Life Transitions in Fort Collins, Colorado. Wolfelt has more than fifty best selling books on grief and loss, and presents across North America.  Contact us to register.

Holiday Remembrance

Together with the Baue company, the Center for Hope & Healing hosts four annual Holiday Remembrance Programs complimentary to the community. It is designed to help families cope with the holiday season after the loss of a loved one. Veterans Memorial Program

Together with the Baue company, the Center for Hope & Healing is thankful for those who serve to protect our freedom. It is important to honor veterans past and present. Held at Baue’s Cemetery, St. Charles Memorial Gardens on the Sunday of Memorial Weekend, this moving and patriotic day is an important event attended by many every year. Consider attending this year with your family to honor these brave men and women.”  Contact us to register.
